Let our staff of exceptional chefs prepare a mouth-watering buffet or your favorite menu item! We have several flexible plans that can be made to fit anyone's taste or budget.
Prepared fresh the day of your event, we gurantee our food will delight and impress your guests. Should you wish to produce your own menu, we would be pleased to discuss this with you and provide a costing. Vegetarian and special dietary dishes can be prepared, provided 24 hours notice is given. Functional Menu 2:
- Seafood Hors D'Oeuvre - Selection of Seafood served on a bed of English Leaves and garnished with Lemon Canalade Slices
- Grilled Tempeh and Mushroom Risotto - Thinly sliced tempeh strips grilled with select gourmet mushrooms, grape tomatoes, garlic and scallions, and served over our own jasmine rice risotto.

Functional Menu 3:
- Wild Mixed Mushroom Skillet - Gourmet wild mushrooms baked in a cast iron skillet with a rich garlic-herb sauce and served with bruschetta toast points.
- Tequila-Lime Chicken Pasta - Tender cubes of chicken sautéed with grape tomatoes, artichoke hearts, red and yellow peppers, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice in a taste tempting tequila sauce and tossed with cavatappi.
